Processes are NOT administration they are predefined ways of doing things. Some agreements need to be made others's not, you need to find the right balance. This is very much dependant of the culture of the organisation and also has a timing aspect.


People

Without engaged people very little will be realized. In today’s economy organization are entangled and people refers not only to employees but also to suppliers, external and/or temporary resources etc.
